Growing up she fed the local calves, volunteered at the local kennel and stables, took lessons with the horses and was apart of 4H. She also helped rescue several kittens and stray cats from her local neighborhood that was a drop off point for unwanted pets. She worked with the spay/neuter clinic to help the strays get fixed up with vaccines and spay/neuters. They then would release them to barns looking for mouse hunters or furever homes. She's also spent her time pet sitting and taking various animal related classes such as a veterinary technician introduction course. She spent her past years dog grooming and being a technician in Raleigh before she joined our team January 2021. She's always had a love for animals and loves being apart of the veterinary field. She currently lives in Angier with her husband, Chris and their 3 cats: Milo, Mason and Lola and their 3 dogs: Prince, Daisy and Vanilla.
